Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours before planned date of arrival to avoid a late cancellation fee.Please contact us by 6 PM the day before arrival to avoid late cancellation charges.
At this time we require credit or debit card numbers before we can confirm any reservation.
On event dates (including Fallon County Fair week, hunting season, sports tournements, etc )we will require that cancellations be made 10 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid a cancellation fee.
If you need to check out sooner than planned, we will require 24 hours notice so please let us know by 10AM the day before you will be leaving to avoid a cancellation fee.
We realize that life happens and we will make every effort to work with you to avoid having to charge you a fee. We advise that you contact us as soon as you think there will be a possibility that you may need to cancel a reservation so we can try let potential guests know that we may have a room that will be available. During our busy seasons many guests have to drive long distances due to not being able to secure accomodations.
We are truly sorry if this causes any inconveniences.
