Reservations: We require credit cards to hold reservations. Direct Bill customers do not require credit cards to hold reservations.
Cancellations: If you need to change your plans, you will need to cancel your reservation by noon on the day of arrival or your credit card will be charged for a nights stay. If you don't show up for your room, any other nights that were reserved will automatically be cancelled, so if you need the room for the remaining nights you will need to call to let us know you will still be coming in.
Special Events: During events such as the county fair, tournements,and hunting season you need to cancel your reservation 10 days iin advance or we will charge your credit card for one nights stay.
Check out time: 10:00 AM. If you need a later checkout time, in most cases we can accomodate that request. Please contact the front desk in advance to request a late check-out time to prevent being charged for another nights stay. Any checkout later than 1:00PM will automatically be charged for another nights stay.
Payments accepted: We accept Cash,Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Debit Cards. Direct Billing available. Arrangements must be made with management.
Pets: Dogs are welcome. There is a $10.00 per day per dog charge. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the room unless they are in a kennel. Please bring your dogs bed, we don't allow them to be on the furniture. If your dog damages property, you will be charged for that property.
We are sorry but we don't allow cats at this time.
Barbeque grills: You can use a barbeque grill, but we can't allow them to be operated on the sidewalk. All barbeque grills must be at least 5 feet from the building to prevent fire or damage to the building.
Sundry Items: We do have toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, etc for sale at the front desk if you need them. We can supply almost anything you would need including needle & thread, rubberbands, paperclips etc.
